My Favorite Bass Models!

When I was a fledgling bassist at age 19, (that was 31 years ago). My bass teacher had a rule he taught all of us in band
that he called; "The Gibson-Fender-Rickenbacker" Rule. Which stated if you wanted an instrument, Guitar or Bass, that would have good
playability as well as appreciation value. You bought a Fender, a Gibson, or a Rickenbacker. I have owned one of each of these in my
early years playing bass. Even my high school band teacher's Rickenbacker. The only bass I ever regret selling.

As my playing has evolved, my number of strings has went up from the standard 4 String bass, (Still a good choice, I just like a bit more
....... well, more) to a six string bass. I have also updated my band teacher's rule with more "Bass-Centric" brands. (Or maybe just the ones I Like?)
My Rule is called the "Tobias-Carvin/Kiesel-Warwick" Rule. All of these are Top Level Basses, and I am fortunate enough to have played some of these
models of Bass Guitars.
